What additional fees will I need to pay on my Reseller Hosting package?
You won’t need to pay for additional customers or packages on our Reseller Hosting. If you want to buy domain names, VPS, or other products through us, you will need to buy them, but you can add your price margin before selling it to your customers. We also sell domain credits, which let you bulk buy domain names and save up to 22%, and regularly have special offers for our resellers, so you’ll always find a good deal on the items you need.
What’s the difference between Reseller Hosting and Web Hosting?
Reseller Hosting is on the same hosting platform as our Web Hosting packages, but gives you the flexibility of customising website packages to match your customers’ needs. Create Windows or Linux packages, add in bandwidth, mailbox, or web space restrictions, and give them a range of convenient one-click installers for applications — it’s entirely up to you. And once you’ve set up your hosting packages, it’s just a matter of giving your customers access to their websites, and letting them enjoy their new website.
Can I migrate my existing reseller account from another company to Eco Web Hosting?
Yes, we’ll help you migrate your reseller hosting package for free, including all your customers’ sites. Once you purchase your new Reseller Hosting package, fill out our Migration Request form, and our Support team will get in touch with you for further details. They’ll work with you to migrate your sites over from your current hosting company and make sure everything is running smoothly before they go live.
What can I do with Reseller Hosting?
With our Reseller Hosting package, you can have all your customers’ websites under one convenient package. Sell as many websites or hosting packages as you want, and earn hosting income on top of designing and developing websites.
Do you provide support for my customers?
You will have to support your own customers. Our Support Team is on hand to help you if you get stuck on a problem, but we cannot work directly with your customers. As a reseller, you'll quickly learn how to be a web hosting expert.
What is the difference between the Standard SSL certificate and Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates?
We give our resellers a free Standard SSL certificate as well as unlimited Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates. While you can use Let’s Encrypt for your own site as well as for your customers, our Standard SSL certificate also comes with a $50,000 guarantee.
How many customers can I have?
We do not limit the number of customers or websites you can host on your Reseller Hosting package. Whether you’re hosting 10 websites, or 1,000, we have the capacity for you.
How do I get my free domain name?
When you purchase your annual Managed WordPress package, you will receive a free domain credit, which can be used on a .com, .net, .org, .info, .name, or .biz domain name. The credit is valid for one year from when you purchase the domain, and the domain will renew at the standard renewal price. What payment options do you provide?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and PayPal subscriptions for our hosting packages. All prices are in pound sterling and do not include tax, which will be added at checkout based on your location.
